Our extensive fabrication facility, has enabled us to fabricate individual components in excess of 10 tonnes in weight and 30m in length.

If the specification requires independent weld testing, this can be arranged, as can test certificates for all materials used.

  

On occasions with our more complex structures, a test build has been a requirement before site erection, and this too has easily been achieved within our workshop and yard complex.

In fact, we have found it beneficial, particularly on our access equipment, fire escapes and walkways etc; to assemble as we fabricate, so we can confidently deliver it to site knowing it will fit perfectly.
